The famous British actor Colin Firth has confirmed that he has decided to become an Italian citizen as he has been ‘horrified’ by Brexit.

This has been made possible as he is currently married to an Italian lady, Livia Giuggioli, and he says that the current circumstances made this a sensible decision.

The couple have two sons, and they divide their time between homes in West London and the Umbria region of Italy.

According to a report in the Daily Mail:

In a statement, the 57-year-old said: ‘With some of the uncertainty around, we thought it sensible that we should all get the same.’

A source previously revealed to the Daily Mail: ‘Colin was horrified by Brexit and is worried about the consequences.’

Firth began to learn Italian after he started courting Livia and speaks the language fluently.

In an interview with an Austrian newspaper last autumn, he said of Brexit: ‘For me this is a disaster of unexpected proportions. Brexit does not have a single positive aspect.

‘Many colleagues, including Emma Thompson, are, like me, enthusiastic Europeans, and we still cannot believe it.’

Academy award-winning actor Colin Firth has spilled the beans on what he did behind Elton John's back.

Days after the debut of the spy comedy film "Kingsman: The Golden Circle," Firth, together with other lead stars Taron Egerton and Mark Strong, gamely shared with ABS-CBN News in Seoul, South Korea just what happened both on and off-screen in this gutsy, cartoonishly violent and bodaciously entertaining sequel.

All three actors agreed that Elton John stole the show but what was more surprising was Firth's revelation.

He said: "I tried on his costume when he wasn’t looking. We were on the set doing the scene in the bowling alley, and he was wearing those feathers, and when he wasn’t there, the costume was hanging up. I just couldn’t resist it".

The British Fashion Awards are always full of the great and the gorgeous of the fashion and the entertainment world in the UK, but this year the event seems to have provided more than the usual amount of glitz and glamour, which we try to reflect in this article:

It was a sparkling evening of deserving winners and stunning outfits at the British Fashion Awards, where Victoria and David Beckham wore similar "his and her" black suits, and the Instagrammable generation of Alexa Chung and Olivier Rousteing shared their night with us on social media.

Held at the historic London Coliseum, the BFAs honoured legends of fashion like Chanel director, Karl Lagerfeld, who was presented with the Outstanding Achievement Award that was presented by his close friend and Vogue editor, Anna Wintour. Wintour joked that for the sake of frienship, Lagerfeld built a tennis court at his coastal home in Biarritz so that she'd feel "more comfortable when visiting"...

For the major categories of womenswear and menswear, JW Anderson scored a rare coup and got both awards. When he came on stage, he admitted to being a bit flustered when his crush Orlando Bloom gave him the award. Bloom looked positively delicious in his all navy suit.


One of the most hilarious moments of the night came when comedians Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley came as their iconic fashionistas Edina and Patsy from Absolutely

Fabulous to present Stella McCartney with the British Brand Award. "She's been literally making bags from the pubic hair of wheat grass for years," quipped Eddie in reference to McCartney's eco-sensibilities.


The night also saw rulebreakers take home the gold, like FKA Twigs, who won for Fashion Innovator and the ecstatic Gwendoline Christie who was so happy to get her award she knocked over the martinis at her table in the process!

The very best of British Fashion gathered at the London Coliseum which played host to the annual British Fashion Awards last night, which welcomed a guest list packed with the capital's most prominent designers, models, celebrities and editors

Karlie Kloss the 23-year-old supermodel sizzled as she sashayed into the star-studded event in a semi-sheer metallic dress. Opting for glamorous yet cheekily risque look, Karlie showcased her incredible figure as well as her assets in the partially see-through fringed gown. Channelling a classic glamour while retaining a hint of saucy modern style, the blonde beauty oozed effortless style and elegance in the svelte silver number which clung to her frame.

The leggy catwalk strutter wowed in a past collection piece from Chanel which oozed timeless chic thanks to its retro, 1920s inspired aesthetic.

The metallic column ankle-grazing dress is from the French fashion house’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection which featured 3D stand out embroidery and an understated paisley print. The gown's metallic detail and fringing also appeared to highlight her toned frame even further, while its sleeveless nature and dipping neckline flashed a hint of Karlie's alabaster skin.

Teaming her frock with a pair of needle-point black stiletto heels, the American stunner drew attention to her lithe legs which she flashed occasionally thanks to the dress' thigh-high side slash.

Obviously not wishing to distract from her glittering dress, Karlie kept her accessories to a minimum with a statement diamond bracelet, ear studs and a glittering Chanel clutch. Wearing her golden tresses in a centre-parting, she let the perfectly tousled and wavy locks flow down around her shoulders. Keeping to a pale palette of make-up, Karlie subtly highlighted her eyes with some eye shadow before adding a flash of vampish colour to her plump lips with a deep scarlet lipstick.

Lady Gaga was described as a scarlet siren, as she sashayed down the red carpet wearing a bespoke Tom Ford gown. She embraced a very sultry style, but she stayed true to form by ensuring she stood out from the crowd thanks to red net detailing on the bodice and matching fingerless gloves.

The glamorous gown was set off with a pair of red satin peep-toe heels and a smart burgundy clutch bag. Gaga completed her look with a pair of dazzling drop earrings and matching stick-on jewels on her eyelids. Gaga looked incredible in a form-fitting, sequin embellished gown with a daring thigh-high split running up the right hand side.

The Born This Way singer pulled her platinum locks in to an elegant bouffant, adding extra sparkle with winged diamante embellished eyelids. “I always say fashion for me is crucial for me existence,” she gushed to reporters on the red carpet. “So everyone that is here tonight is apart of my religion.”

Jourdan Dunn, who wore a stunning black and white Mugler cut out gown and Jimmy Choo heels, took home the award for Model of the Year. Looking typically chic for the occasion, Dunn donned a monochrome maxi dress by Mugler, teamed with silver barely there sandals and her shiny locks worn down with a sleek side parting.

Understated, effortless, and achingly cool, [her] dress by Mugler was perfect for Jourdan, as she sheroozed class and sophistication. “MODEL OF THE YEAR!!!!!” she wrote on Instagram.

“Thank you British Fashion Council and everyone who has continued to support me feeling extremely blessed and grateful.” After being presented with her award from Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing, Dunn said in her acceptance speech: "You're going to make me cry. I won this in 2008, I was a hot mess, my speech was a hot mess. It was all a mess. So short and sweet this time. Thank you to the British Fashion Council, I don't know what to say. Kylie Jenner was flying solo Friday night -- no Tyga in sight -- but she may not have left solo.

3. The Reconciliation

Kylie posted a pic to Snapchat Saturday showing her and who we're guessing is Tyga together on a couch with the caption "everyone needs to chill." We're not sure where the two are, but judging by the ink on his hand ... it's safe to say that's Tyga. It's unclear if the two are officially back together or just talking things out but you gotta wonder, why so soon?

TMZ broke the story, Kylie and Tyga called it quits Thursday and she was spotted leaving an L.A. club with A$AP Rocky Friday night ... but maybe things weren't so bad after all.

4. Monday - The Big Leap?!

So now it is still only Monday and Kylie answers reporter's question, "Are you going to get married?", to which (while getting into a vehicle), she syas "Yes".

Can this be true, or was she just kidding. We don't know because we could not see her face. Maybe she gave a wink as she said it? We don't know.

The Stallone girls are truly wonderfully good looking, all 3 of them Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet, and it is good to put past family sadness aside and to write about the family of Sylvester Stallone. Sistine is the only daughter that has openly sought the limelight and is hoping to follow in the footsteps of her mother and become a model.

Sistine Stallone is making Sylvester Stallone into a delighted dad. At 16, Sistine longs to become a supermodel, and her famous father totally supports her goals, reports the Daily Mail.
Now 68, Stallone still has those Rocky tough guy good looks, but the actor showed his fatherly soft side by thoughtfully going with Sistine to her photo shoot in New York City. And Sylvester also was beside his teenager as they prepared to head to Los Angeles.

The gorgeous daughter of Sylvester Stallone and model Jennifer Flavin appears in the new issue of Teen Vogue. In the photo spread, the 16-year-old strikes a pose in a pale pink shift dress with her gorgeous brunette locks styled in tousled waves.
Stallone also opens up about her famous dad in the accompanying interview, telling Teen Vogue that the "Rocky" star has taught her how to throw-down. "I don't box, but he's taught me how to throw a punch," she reveals.
