Start exercising for a healthy you and a healthy baby. Pregnancy is not an excuse to sit on the couch for nine months. Being active during pregnancy has been shown to reduce the risk of miscarriages and can help shorten the length of your labor. Keeping yourself active will go a long way towards having a smooth pregnancy.

Make sure the water you're drinking during your pregnancy is safe. In the EU tap water is strongly regulated and safe. In the US tap water may contain fluoride, percholate, and lead, while bottled water may contain the same impurities as well as other chemicals, such as BPA. If you are worried about your tap water, invest in a tap water filter, and use a stainless steel or glass water bottle when out of the house.

If you think there is a chance that you may be pregnant, take a pregnancy test or go to your doctor right away. Sometimes women neglect to do this in a timely manner and find that their pregnancy is complicated because they didn't get the care they needed soon enough.

Shop around for a prenatal exercise class that you enjoy. You can take a yoga class that will teach you how to do exercises that are specialized for pregnant women. This will allow you to keep up your health and remain active, throughout your entire pregnancy. You could also make some new friends when you join a yoga class.

When you are pregnant, you should give your body support, when you are sleeping. There are special body pillows that are made for pregnancy; you can purchase these in many stores. 7 Great Pregnancy Tips That Can Help You Through a Summer Pregnancy

While a baby is not exactly a famous person (yet!) we enjoyed making this video of pregnancy tips!

How To Make It Through A Summertime Pregnancy

Bringing a child into this world is one of the greatest responsibilities, and the most blissful moments all rolled into one. It is important to realize the seriousness of this. You have shown your understanding of that by clicking on this article, now keep reading, and you'll find some advice related to pregnancy.

Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep each night. You need around 8 hours. Getting the right amount of sleep will help you to feel good, and it will also help your fetus to grow. During pregnancy many people feel very tired, and it is important to give your body what it needs.

It is crucial that you stop smoking as soon as you find out that you are pregnant. Smoking increases the risk of miscarriages, stillbirths and baby deformities. If you are having a hard time quitting, talk to your doctor about the variety of different methods that you can use to assist you.

Gasoline fumes can be harmful and unpleasant during pregnancy, try to have an attendant or friend pump gas for you. The fumes can be dangerous for your fetus. You might as well just get someone else to do it than risk it.

It is important that pregnant women make a labour plan before the big day comes. This is because when a woman is in labour, she may not be able to make decisions like she normally does. Make sure you have a bag packed, pick out who you want in the room when you give birth and make a list of phone numbers so your spouse or other family members can call your loved ones when the baby is born.

Avoid any chemicals that could harm your baby. Many cleaning products have a strong smell and can be found in your home, your work and anywhere else you go. When you breath in these fumes, they can harm your child. Use products that are only made out of natural ingredients.

Be sure to stay far away from your cat's litter box when pregnant. While a woman is pregnant, these chemicals in a used litter box can actually cause a lot of toxic harm. Just ask family or friends to take care of the chore for you until after the baby is born.

If you want to know the sex of your baby, you have to wait until you are about 20 weeks pregnant. This is around the time that the ultrasound technician can get a clear picture as to what gender your baby is. But be aware, ultrasounds are not 100 percent accurate!

If you recently found out you've got a little bundle of love growing in your stomach the first advice anyone ought to offer is to take all the advice of your physician. They did not make it through med school because of good looks! Listening will help make sure your baby is its healthiest and happiest when it arrives.

Expecting mothers would be wise if they took the advice of taking a daily prenatal vitamin. In fact, most doctors prescribe them for expecting mothers! This is because your child has nutritional needs that often times due to the nature of pregnancy cravings are not met. This makes sure they get the nutrition they need.

Pregnancy is a nine month journey that results in a lifetime of pleasure. What you do during those nine months will impact the health, the welfare, and the happiness of your child to be. Be sure to apply to advice from this article on pregnancy, and be ready for that lifetime of joy.

Was George III Britain's Best Ever King - Humble Family Man Researcher M...

George III has long been underestimated new British papers released after 200 years reveal.

George III has for long been denied recognition based upon his madness, but this would now be seen as no more than mental illness.

Put his "madness" aside and the question has to be asked.

Was George III Britain's best ever king?

For original longer and more detailed article: https://blog.hrp.org.uk/curators/george-iii-britains-best-king/

On 4 June 1738, 281 years ago, George III was born in London.

He was the first Hanoverian born in the UK, and was King for 60 years.

Today, George III is often overlooked.

Henry VIII, Charles II and even George IV are popular Kings, memorialized because of their appetites for food and mistresses.

Here is my pitch for George III making the top slot.

George III is distinctive among kings by being largely faithful and loving towards his wife Charlotte.

Together they had 15 children, who were the apple of his eye.

Visitors to Kew and Windsor Palaces who witnessed them together  were often caught by the sight of the King playing with his children.

Indeed, it is possible to criticize George III  for interfering too much in his children’s lives.

George III struggled with his homework as a boy.

But, as King, he was known for his huge capacity for work.

He had a great interest in the generation of knowledge to the benefit of the nation.

He conducted research at Richmond Palace.

For example he built an entire observatory just to view the rare event of the transit of Venus.

He was known at the time as Farmer George because he walked the fields, tilled the soil and tended to his sheep himself.

Again, he felt that better methods for farming could be found in order to feed an increasingly urban population in Britain.

George III’s ‘madness’ is the main reason why he is rarely rated among historians.

Until recently, mental illness was the embodiment of weakness,
as it represented a total lack of control.

From what we know of his treatment in Kew we see an amazing amount of resilience and humor.

He endured desperate episodes of ill health in 1789, 1801 and 1804.

Image asks the question; "Was George III Britain's Best Ever King?"
George was exceedingly humble for a king.

A housekeeper recalled years later, that the King insisted on bathing in the kitchens to save the servants the trouble of carrying over the hot water.

This video was only a small part of the achievements of George III.

Bond 25 Accident - Yes. Another Bond Accident!

Off-screen drama continues to wreak havoc on the "Bond 25" set.

Daniel Craig - At Madame Tussaud
Words like "cursed" and "jinxed" are being used after. The latest reports describe three major explosions ripping through the 007 Pinewood studio. The damage was said to be so bad a member of the crew was injured OUTSIDE the set, when part of the roof was blown off. The timing is unfortunate since Craig has only just returned to filming after he injured his ankle and needed surgery following a different stunt mishap.

A report said; "It was utter chaos. "There were three huge explosions and it’s blown part of the Bond stage roof off and some wall panels off the stage.

"A fireball was supposed to go through the set. That was the stunt but something has gone horribly wrong. via www.express.co.uk

Spy thriller was once again shaken and stirred

Production for the highly anticipated spy thriller was once again shaken and stirred Tuesday when a controlled explosion led to a minor injury and damage to the set.

"During the filming of a controlled explosion on the set of Bond 25 today at Pinewood Studios, damage was caused to the exterior of the 007 Stage," reads a statement released Tuesday on the official 007 Twitter account.

"There were no injuries on set, however one crew member outside the stage has sustained a minor injury."

The nature of the crew member's injury was not revealed.

It's the latest incident on the disaster-prone set, as actor Daniel Craig ― who stars as James Bond ― sustained an ankle injury requiring surgery while filming the movie in Jamaica.

Plot begins with Bond enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica

The film's plot begins with Bond enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica after leaving active service. But his peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading 007 onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology. via www.msn.com

According to a statement from the official BOND 25 Twitter account, a controlled explosion went awry, resulting in damage to the stage where filming on directorCary Joji Fukunaga's super spy sequel is currently taking place.

During the filming of a controlled explosion on the set of Bond 25 today at Pinewood Studios, damage was caused to the exterior of the 007 Stage. There were no injuries on set. However, one crew member outside the stage has sustained a minor injury.

Following up on the incident, The Sun newspaper states that a member of the crew was testing a stunt involving a fireball in a laboratory when the accident occurred. via www.express.co.uk

"It was utter chaos" - The Sun

Furthermore, The Sun says that their source told them, "It was utter chaos. There were three huge explosions and it’s blown part of the Bond stage roof off and some wall panels off the stage. They were supposed to be filming."

The unfortunate explosion comes just weeks after Bond actor, Daniel Craig, twisted his ankle ligaments, taking him out of the loop for a total of two week's worth of filming. Before that, the production had lost its initial director in Danny Boyle, who'd been replaced byFukunaga after the TRAINSPOTTING helmer claimed that he'd continued to experience issues with the project's script. via www.joblo.com

Another Production Hiccup

The incident is the latest production hiccup for the Cary Fukunaga-directed 007 movie. Bond 25 producers announced last month leading actorDaniel Craigwould be undergoing minor ankle surgery after suffering an injury on the set of the new James Bond movie. Craig was filming with director Cary Fukunaga in Jamaica when the accident happened. Production continued as Craig underwent surgery and two additional weeks of rehabilitation.

Rami Malek is joining the franchise as the Bond 25 villain alongside fellow newcomers Billy Magnussen, Ana De Armas, and "Captain Marvel" breakout Lashana Lynch. Fukunaga is directing, making Bond his first project since helming the Netflix series "Maniac." via www.indiewire.com

Setback for the production

It was another setback for the production, which already had to deal recently with an injury to Daniel Craig, who hurt his foot during a stunt for the film in Jamaica. Craig has had to undergo ankle surgery and a two-week rehabilitation period.

The explosion at Pinewood caused damage to "the exterior of the 007 Stage," the Twitter post said, adding that no one was injured on the set, but "one crew member outside the stage has sustained a minor injury."

Bond 25 Background

The original director, Danny Boyle, had a hand in the first go of the script. When he left, writers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade (who co-wrote six Bond films, including Spectre) were tasked with "salvaging" the project, according to the Guardian. Then it was Canadian screenwriter and director Paul Haggis’s (Crash) turn. Finally, Phoebe Waller-Bridge was announced to have come on to rework the screenplay.

That sounds like the most promising development. Waller-Bridge adapted the acclaimed Killing Eve for television, about an international cat-and-mouse chase between a security agent and an assassin. The series is also quite homoerotic and Bond is in dire need of this.

Malek is reportedly playing a "mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology."

Is James Bond 25 cursed?

We've known from the start that star Daniel Craig didn't really want to return, reluctantly confirming his final performance late last year. Since then, the production has certainly seen its downs, with not too many ups to account for. And now the production has to contend with an explosion that got a little out of hand.

Danny Boyle exited the project after being hired as a director, leaving the production in limbo for an unexpected stretch. It took shooting forever to get going. Then Daniel Craig injured his ankle, sidelining him for 2 weeks. Now, an on-set explosion has caused some damage and injured one crew member. via movieweb.com
